Our beautiful products are made even more special by adding personalization and artwork.

We offer stock artwork and can also make use of your custom artwork. Check out the appropriate sub-pages for more detailed information. Our Custom Artwork page contains information about the specifications and costs for custom artwork, and our Stock Artwork page has information and examples of stock images.

We also have the ability to etch your designs using one of our many stock typestyles or you may submit your custom typestyle (font) for use on your order. Please refer to the Typestyles Page for detailed information.

To submit your artwork/typestyle information, send it as an attachment to: artwork@etchingconcepts.com.

CUSTOM ARTWORK

Orders that require custom artwork or your logo can only be processed upon our receipt of the art in the proper format:

  1. Art must be black on a white background.
  2. Halftones or grayscale are not acceptable.
  3. Electronic art must be submitted in one of following file formats:
    • .EPS
    • .JPEG (.JPG)
    • .TIFF (.TIF)

The initial set up charge ($62.50) is a one time charge for the artwork that is submitted. This artwork is kept on file for 3 years & will not be charged on identical reorders. However, if a different size of the art is required for additional item(s) a $10.00 resizing charge will be billed.

Every effort will be made to duplicate the art exactly as submitted, but in certain instances, fine lines & detail are limited by the engraving process. Notification will be sent to you if minor changes must be made. This is included in the set up charge.

Stock designs add a special touch to your message. Select from the designs on our site. We will continue to add to our selection. Designs that are submitted other than our stock designs are subject to a set-up fee of $62.50. Costs to add a stock design are:

Standard Glassware - $3.50/item.
Awards - $6.00/item.
Small Paperweights - $3.50/item.
Large Icebergs and Standing Disks -$4.50/item.


These charges are in addition to all other charges.

 

Available Standard Type Styles:
These standard type styles are available for your message or personalization. Additional styles are available. Please furnish the actual name of the style with your order. Matching styles without having the name of the style is not available.
